SET API · FOR PAYMENT PLATFORMS AND PSPS

A named US dollar account for every merchant. Settled in stablecoins, or to their bank.

Onboard each merchant through Bridge's own business verification, open a US account in the merchant's name, and collect from US payers by ACH, wire or FedNow. Each deposit settles in USDC or USDT to an address you name, or to the merchant's own bank. Published pricing, a sandbox you can run today, and one named SET contact from your first call to your first live deposit.

WHAT IT IS

The SET API by Simple Easy Transactions, in one paragraph.

The SET API by Simple Easy Transactions is a server-to-server API for payment platforms and payment service providers. A platform onboards each merchant through Bridge's own business verification, opens a US dollar account in the merchant's name, and collects from US payers by ACH, wire or FedNow. Each deposit settles in USDC or USDT to an address the platform names, or to the merchant's own US bank through the merchant's Cash-Out Address. Bridge converts and pays out; SET never holds the funds.

Paying people in USDC instead of collecting? That is SET Direct Deposit. One person cashing out their own USDC? That is a SET Cash-Out Address.

HOW MONEY MOVES

Three ways, one integration.

  1. 01

    Collect in stablecoin

A US payer sends dollars by ACH, wire or FedNow to the merchant's named account. Bridge delivers USDC or USDT to the address the platform names.

  2. 02

    Cash out stablecoin

Anyone pays the merchant in USDC at its permanent Cash-Out Address. Bridge pays the dollars to the merchant's own US bank by ACH or wire.

  3. 03

    Collect to the bank

The merchant's named account settles through its Cash-Out Address: dollars in, dollars out to its own bank, with SET's fee taken once.

RATE CARD

Priced by the dollars you collect each month.

Your plan is set by the volume you expect to collect each month. It fixes your one-time setup fee and your monthly minimum.
PlanUSD collected per monthSetup (one time)Monthly minimum
LaunchUp to $1M a month$5,000$1,500
GrowthUp to $7M a month$12,500$4,000
ScaleUp to $15M a month$25,000$7,500
EnterpriseAbove $15M a monthIn writingIn writing
The volume fee is the same on every plan. Each band charges only the part of the month's volume that falls in it, so a higher month never costs less than a lower one.
Part of each month's USD collectedVolume fee
First $5M each month0.60%
$5M to $15M0.45%
Above $15MIn writing
Arithmetic only: the volume fee for a month at each amount collected.
USD collected in the monthVolume feeOverall rate
$250,000$1,5000.60%
$1,000,000$6,0000.60%
$5,000,000$30,0000.60%
$7,000,000$39,0000.56%
$15,000,000$75,0000.50%

The volume fee counts toward your minimum: in a month where your fee is above the minimum, you pay only the fee. Setup fees and minimums are invoiced after a signed order form. Bridge's own fees on each deposit are separate and shown on every deposit through the API.

WHY SET

What you get by signing with SET.

A sandbox where money moves, todayBridge's own sandbox has no real money movement and sends no webhooks. SET's sandbox runs SET's production API code end to end: a merchant is approved, a deposit lands, a Cash-Out Address pays out, and signed webhooks reach your server. Your engineers get a staging key as soon as your platform is registered.
One named contact, start to finishOne person at SET runs your integration from the first sandbox call to your first live deposit, and SET watches that deposit end to end with you.
Travel Rule handled before money movesEvery movement carries Bridge's Travel Rule data, and SET refuses one that lacks what Bridge's guide requires before it reaches Bridge. You name each payer through one call.
Dollars in, dollars out, in one integrationA named account can settle straight to the merchant's own bank through its Cash-Out Address, so a merchant that never wants stablecoins does not have to hold them.
A published, graduated pricePlans, minimums and volume bands are on this page, so procurement can approve them before the first call. A higher month never costs less than a lower one.
SET never holds the fundsBridge converts and pays out, and withholds SET's fee. Keys are server to server only, and SET stores only a hash of each.

WHAT BRIDGE SAYS

The rules it runs on, in Bridge's own words.

“KYC Links support individual and business customers from all over the world (US + international)”

Each merchant completes Bridge's own business verification on Bridge's hosted page.

A merchant's Cash-Out Address is a Bridge liquidation address that pays the merchant's own bank.

QUESTIONS

What platforms ask first.

How much does the SET API cost?

Launch: $5,000 setup and a $1,500 monthly minimum, up to $1M a month. Growth: $12,500 setup and $4,000 a month, up to $7M. Scale: $25,000 setup and $7,500 a month, up to $15M. Volume fee on every plan: 0.60% on the first $5M collected each month and 0.45% from $5M to $15M; the fee counts toward the minimum. Above $15M a month, in writing.

What does the monthly minimum mean?

It is the least you pay in a month. Your volume fee counts toward it, so once your fee passes the minimum you pay only the fee. On Launch, the volume fee reaches the $1,500 minimum at $250,000 collected in a month.

Is there a sandbox?

Yes. SET's sandbox runs SET's production API code with Bridge simulated: merchants are approved, deposits arrive, Cash-Out Addresses pay out, and signed webhooks reach your server. SET issues a staging key as soon as your platform is registered, and nothing in the sandbox moves real money.

Does SET hold our merchants' money?

No. Bridge converts each deposit and pays it out, and withholds SET's fee. Services for U.S. residents are provided, where applicable, by Bridge Building Inc. (NMLS ID 2450917).

Which payment rails can a merchant's account receive?

ACH, wire and FedNow from US payers. RTP is not offered; FedNow is the instant rail.

What happens above $15M a month?

Volume above $15M a month is priced in writing, together with its setup and minimum. Ask SET for an order form.
