1. Acceptance, eligibility, and order of precedence
Business customers only. SET provides its site, services, and products only to businesses and other organizations for business purposes. They are not offered to consumers for personal, family, or household use.
SET Private Wallets. Section 18 is the exception: SET Private Wallets are offered to individuals for personal use as Section 18 describes, and in Section 18 'you' means the individual using the wallet. A business may also use SET Private Wallets for SET Payouts under Section 19. When a wallet is used for SET Payouts, 'you' in Sections 18 and 19 means that business, and the individual who signs in confirms they have authority to bind it.
Who may accept. By using the site, submitting an inquiry, or buying from SET, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of the business you represent. That business is bound by these Terms.
How you accept. Before you submit an inquiry or complete checkout, you must check a box stating that you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. SET keeps a record of the version you accepted.
Order of precedence. If you and SET have signed a written agreement, such as an order form, a statement of work, a retainer agreement, or a Client Services / Platform Agreement, that signed agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms. Otherwise, these Terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about your use of the site and your purchases.
2. Services and prices
SET sells two self-serve products and several services. The self-serve products are SET Private Wallets (Section 18) and SET Payouts (Section 19); you buy and manage them yourself, without a scoping call, and the terms in those Sections govern them. Each service below starts with a scoping call and a written scope or agreement that names the implementation surface, domain, Stripe account, and deliverables.
The Embedded Payments Platform is billed monthly: Standard at $149 USD per month plus 1% of each payment, Growth at $299 USD per month plus 1% of each payment, and Custom from $499 USD per month plus 1% of each payment, as fixed in the written agreement. Stripe's own processing fees are separate. If you refund a customer, SET returns its 1% on the refunded amount. The monthly fee includes up to one hour of routine maintenance or one bounded configuration update per paid month; eligible requests are acknowledged within two business days, unused allowance does not roll over, and work beyond the allowance requires a separate written quote. The platform fee renews monthly until canceled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Connected-account onboarding opens only after SET completes its Stripe Connect platform setup.
The Search and AI Visibility Review is billed at $99 USD per hour and paid up front for the number of hours you choose, from 1 to 5 hours ($99 to $495 USD) per review. Work stops at the hours paid for unless you approve more in writing. It covers one website or knowledge base on one production domain, and it cannot guarantee rankings, traffic, indexing, or AI citations.
The Six-Month Custom Payment Solution Retainer costs $462 USD paid up front when the retainer agreement is signed ($77 USD per month for six months), plus a $750 USD build fee due when SET delivers the build. During the term, your customers' payments through the platform also carry the Embedded Payments Platform fee for your tier. The written retainer agreement fixes the milestones and the cancellation and refund terms.
Mobile webview work is distinct from native mobile SDK work. Native Android or iOS work is included only when SET confirms the supported framework and required provider access in writing before work begins. Additional applications, domains, accounts, themes, revisions, native work, app-store submission, hosting migration, unrelated backend or authentication work, provider-account remediation, and historical-system repair require a separate written scope.
Open Payment amounts apply only to a scope, invoice, or payment purpose already confirmed by SET in writing. Entering an amount does not create a new implementation scope, delivery promise, subscription, or Onramp purchase. Crypto purchase principal and provider transaction fees are separate from SET implementation fees.
Work begins only after authenticated Stripe evidence, completed intake, required access, and written scope confirmation. Acceptance is based on the visible service-page criteria and the agreed handoff checks; browser navigation and return pages are informational only. SET may receive properly signed provider records, activate applicable client delivery workflows, record required operator follow-up, and retain bounded operational evidence. Legacy decisioning, simulation, underwriting, and financial-reasoning routes remain retired.
Retired offers. The $297 USD or €297 EUR payment-embed offer, the $397 USD onramp offer, the $497 USD bundle, and the $99 USD monthly Embedded Integration Care plan were retired from sale on September 24, 2026. These terms continue to govern purchases made before that date: each one-time fixed-price implementation covers one customer-owned application or website, one selected implementation surface, one production domain, one Stripe account with its required test configuration, one approved visual theme, one revision round, and one production handoff unless the written scope is narrower. An active $99 USD monthly Embedded Integration Care plan covers one deployed SET integration and includes up to one hour of routine maintenance or one bounded configuration update per paid month, renews monthly until canceled through Stripe, and ends at the end of the current paid period once canceled.
Provider configuration and link availability do not guarantee approval, customer eligibility, transaction completion, settlement, uninterrupted third-party service, identity verification, dispute resolution, or crypto delivery. Customer authentication, consent, and provider verification remain required.
Starter Kit. In addition to the three services above, SET sells the Starter Kit, a digital download, for $49 USD. It is a zip file containing TypeScript source, a D1 migration, a node:test suite, and three guides for building an embedded Stripe checkout. After purchase, you may download the Starter Kit for 30 days from the purchase date or up to 10 downloads, whichever comes first. The Starter Kit is licensed, not sold, under Section 4.
3. Refunds and cancellation
This section explains how refunds and cancellations work for each offer. A signed written agreement for a specific engagement may set different terms (see Section 1). Nothing in this section limits a refund that applicable law requires. The same refund and cancellation terms are shown next to each price on this site.
3.1 Search and AI Visibility Review (prepaid hours)
You prepay for the number of review hours you choose, and work stops at the hours paid for (see Section 2). If you cancel before work begins, we refund your full prepayment. After work begins, we refund any whole hours not yet worked, at $99 USD per hour, if you ask before we deliver the written report. Once the written report is delivered, hours used to prepare it are not refundable.
3.2 Six-Month Custom Payment Solution Retainer ($462 USD)
The written retainer agreement governs cancellation and refunds for the retainer (see Section 2). Until SET issues a written retainer agreement that says otherwise, this rule applies: if you cancel before SET begins build work, we refund the full $462 USD. If you cancel after build work begins, we refund $77 USD for each full month remaining in the six-month term.
3.3 Build fee ($750 USD)
The $750 USD build fee applies to the Six-Month Custom Payment Solution Retainer and is due when SET delivers the build (see Section 2). If the build does not pass the agreed handoff checks and SET cannot correct it within 3 business days after you notify us, you may reject the build, and we will not charge the build fee or, if you have already paid it, we will refund it.
3.4 Embedded Payments Platform monthly fee
The platform fee renews monthly until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep platform access until then. We do not refund partial months. You can cancel at any time by emailing st.et.enterprises@gmail.com with “Cancel platform” in the subject line. Before you are first charged, the Order Form you sign shows the monthly price, that it renews monthly until canceled, and how to cancel, and you must agree to the recurring charge. SET then emails you an invoice each month, which you pay from the link in the invoice.
The 1% platform fee on your customers' payments is governed by Section 6.6.
3.5 Starter Kit ($49 USD)
You may request a refund within 3 days after purchase if you have not downloaded the Starter Kit. If we issue a refund, your download access and your license to the Starter Kit end (see Section 4).
3.6 Open Payment
Open Payment is available only to private clients of SET to pay for a scope, invoice, or payment purpose that SET has already confirmed in writing (see Section 2). Refunds of an Open Payment follow the refund terms of the service or written scope it pays for. In addition, if a private client is not satisfied with a session paid for through Open Payment, SET will refund that payment in full as soon as practicable, destroy the operational information the client provided for that session, and withdraw any contracts and products issued for it. If a payment does not match a confirmed scope, invoice, or purpose, we will contact you within 10 business days after we identify it so you can tell us whether to apply it to a confirmed scope or invoice or refund it. If you do not ask us to apply it, we will refund it.
3.7 Custom Build purchases
You may cancel any purchase you make on the Custom Build page for any reason within 7 days after you pay, and we will refund that payment in full.
3.8 How to request a refund or cancel
Email st.et.enterprises@gmail.com with “Refund request” or “Cancellation” in the subject line and include the business name and the email address used for the purchase. We will respond within 10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe; your bank or card issuer controls when the refund appears on your statement.
4. Starter Kit license
SET owns the Starter Kit. When you buy it, SET grants your business a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use it for your business's own internal use only.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publish, or give away the Starter Kit or any part of it, whether or not you change it, and you may not use it to create a competing kit or template product.
Access. Download access lasts 30 days from the purchase date or 10 downloads, whichever comes first. After that, the download link stops working. Keep your own copy.
No support. The Starter Kit does not include support, updates, installation, or consulting. Help with the Starter Kit is available only as a separately purchased service.
As is. The Starter Kit is provided “as is,” without warranties, as described in Section 11.
Refunds end the license. If your purchase is refunded or reversed through a chargeback, your download access and this license end, and you must delete all copies.
5. Your responsibilities
Accurate information. You must give SET accurate, complete, and current information about your business, your contacts, and your project, and update it when it changes.
Lawful business. You may use SET's services only for a lawful business. You must not use them for any business or product that Stripe prohibits or restricts without Stripe's approval (see https://stripe.com/legal/restricted-businesses).
Access you provide. Many engagements require access to your systems, such as Google Search Console, analytics, code repositories, hosting, and your Stripe account. You decide what access to grant and how to grant it, you are responsible for granting it on time, and you may revoke it at any time. Delays caused by missing or late access may delay delivery. SET removes its own access promptly when the engagement ends. Do not send passwords, API secret keys, or other credentials through the inquiry form or ordinary email.
You are the merchant of record. When your customers pay you through a payment integration SET builds or operates, you are the seller and the merchant of record. You are solely responsible for:
- the goods and services you sell and how you describe and deliver them;
- your customers' refunds, cancellations, customer service, receipts, and complaints;
- disputes and chargebacks on your Stripe account;
- your own terms of sale and privacy policy for your customers;
- card-network rules and your Stripe agreement; and
- the laws that apply to your business, including tax laws.
Your accounts. You are responsible for activity in your Stripe account and your other accounts, and for keeping your own credentials secure.
6. Payments, Stripe Connect, and responsibility for losses
6.1 Stripe services agreement
Payment processing services for clients on Simple Easy Transactions are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to these Terms or continuing to operate as a client on Simple Easy Transactions, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same might be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of Simple Easy Transactions enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Simple Easy Transactions accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize Simple Easy Transactions to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.
6.2 Stripe's acquiring banks
Stripe's acquiring banks and their contact information are listed at https://stripe.com/legal/acquirer-disclosure.
6.3 SET's role
SET is a software and services provider. SET is not a bank or payment processor. Your customers' payments are created as charges on your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays out your funds to you under your agreement with Stripe. SET never holds your funds. You have full access to your own Stripe Dashboard.
6.4 Disputes, chargebacks, refunds, negative balances, and fraud
Because you are the merchant of record, disputes, chargebacks, refunds, fraud losses, and any negative balance on your Stripe account are between you, your customers, and Stripe, under your agreement with Stripe. Stripe collects its fees and any losses on your account as your agreement with Stripe provides. SET is not responsible for these amounts. If Stripe, a card network, a bank, or one of your customers seeks to recover any of these amounts from SET, you will reimburse SET under Section 13.
On request, SET will help you gather technical records and other information for a dispute response, but you decide whether and how to respond.
6.5 When you pay SET
When you buy SET's services or the Starter Kit, SET is the seller, and Stripe processes your payment. For these purchases, SET is the merchant and is responsible for disputes and chargebacks on its own account. Card details are entered into payment components provided by Stripe and are processed by Stripe; SET's systems are not designed to receive full card numbers.
6.6 The 1% platform fee
The 1% platform fee described in Section 2 is collected by Stripe from your Stripe account at SET's direction on each payment. As Section 2 states, if you refund a customer, SET returns its 1% on the refunded amount. If a payment is disputed and you lose the dispute, SET returns its 1% on the amount you lost. A signed Client Services / Platform Agreement, once issued, will govern the 1% fee in more detail.
7. Acceptable use of the site and the inquiry form
You may use the site to learn about SET, submit an inquiry, and buy SET's services and products. When you use the site or the inquiry form, you must not:
- submit payment card numbers, bank account or routing numbers, government identification numbers, passwords, API secret keys, private keys, or other credentials;
- submit your customers' personal information, identity documents, or other sensitive information that SET has not asked for;
- submit malware, unlawful content, or content you do not have the right to share;
- impersonate another person or business, or submit an inquiry on behalf of a business you do not represent; or
- interfere with the checkout pages or with Stripe's fraud-prevention tools.
Search engines, AI discovery services, accessibility tools, and other automated agents may crawl, index, quote, and summarize publicly available pages in accordance with robots.txt. This permission does not extend to protected interfaces, API routes, stored records, credentials, personal data, or attempts to evade access controls.
You may not probe, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the site, its protected interfaces, or its storage. SET may block or limit access to the site when reasonably necessary to protect it, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
8. Intellectual property and confidentiality
8.1 What SET owns
SET owns the site, its content, the Starter Kit, and SET's platform software, tools, templates, methods, and know-how, including anything SET had before your engagement or develops for use across clients (“SET Materials”). These Terms do not transfer any SET Materials to you.
8.2 Work built for you
Once you have paid in full, you own the code and configuration SET writes specifically for your business under a Platform or Retainer engagement (“Client Deliverables”), except for any SET Materials included in them. Where Client Deliverables include SET Materials, SET grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use those SET Materials as part of the Client Deliverables for your business for as long as you use the Client Deliverables.
8.3 License back to SET
You grant SET a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use general-purpose code, techniques, and know-how that are developed during your engagement and that do not contain your confidential information, so that SET can improve its platform and serve other clients.
8.4 Visibility Review reports
You own the written report SET delivers to you. SET keeps ownership of the methods, checklists, and templates it uses to prepare reports.
8.5 Confidentiality
Each party will use the other's non-public business information that is marked or reasonably understood as confidential (“Confidential Information”) only to perform or receive the services, and will not disclose it except to employees and contractors who need it and are bound by similar duties, or as required by law. Confidential Information does not include information that is public through no fault of the receiving party, was already known to it, is independently developed, or is received from a third party without a duty of confidentiality. Data SET can see through access you grant (such as Search Console, analytics, repositories, or your Stripe account) is your Confidential Information, and SET uses it only to perform the services you asked for. These duties last for 3 years after the engagement ends, and for trade secrets, as long as they remain trade secrets.
9. Taxes
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes unless the checkout page says otherwise. You are responsible for taxes that apply to your purchases, other than taxes on SET's income. You are responsible for all taxes that apply to your own sales to your customers.
10. Ending services and what happens next
You may end services as described in Section 3.
SET may suspend or end services if you materially breach these Terms or a signed agreement and do not cure the breach within 31 days after notice, if you do not pay when due, if Stripe restricts or closes your account or SET's platform account, or if continuing would expose SET to legal liability. SET may suspend immediately without a cure period where needed to prevent fraud, security harm, or a legal violation.
When platform services end:
- You keep your Stripe account and your data. Your Stripe account belongs to you. Ending SET's services does not close it, and your transaction history stays in your Stripe Dashboard.
- The platform disconnects. At the end of the final paid period, SET will remove your Stripe account from its platform in the Stripe Dashboard. Your account then keeps working as an ordinary Stripe account, and SET no longer creates charges or collects the 1% platform fee on it.
- Platform fees stop. Monthly platform fees stop at the end of the paid period in which cancellation takes effect. Fees already earned, including the 1% fee on payments made before disconnection, are not refunded except as Sections 3 and 6.6 provide.
- Handoff. If you have paid all amounts due, SET will provide all configuration notes for your integration within 3 business days. A copy of your Client Deliverables (see Section 8.2) is optional; if you request one, SET will provide it within 3 business days after your request.
- Access removal. SET removes its own access to your systems promptly. You should also remove any SET users from your systems.
Sections 3, 4 (as to restrictions), 5, 6.4, 8, 9, and 11 through 17 survive the end of services.
11. Warranty disclaimer
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN A SIGNED WRITTEN AGREEMENT, THE SITE, THE EMBEDDED PAYMENTS PLATFORM, THE SEARCH AND AI VISIBILITY REVIEW, THE SIX-MONTH CUSTOM PAYMENT SOLUTION RETAINER AND ANY BUILD, OPEN PAYMENT, AND THE STARTER KIT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SET DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
Without limiting the paragraph above: the Visibility Review cannot guarantee rankings, traffic, indexing, or AI citations; SET does not control Stripe, card networks, banks, hosting providers, search engines, or AI services and does not guarantee their approval, availability, or decisions; and SET does not guarantee that any integration will meet requirements you did not state in a signed written scope.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SET'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID SET FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
The limits in this Section do not apply to (a) your obligation to pay amounts due to SET, (b) indemnity obligations under Section 13, or (c) a party's fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct. These limits apply whatever the legal theory and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. They do not apply where the law does not allow them.
13. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SET and its members, managers, employees, and contractors from third-party claims, and from related losses, fines, and reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from: (a) the goods and services you sell and your dealings with your customers; (b) disputes, chargebacks, refunds, fraud, or negative balances on your Stripe account; (c) content, data, or access you provide; (d) your violation of law, card-network rules, or your agreement with Stripe; or (e) your breach of these Terms.
The party seeking indemnity must notify the other promptly, allow it to control the defense (with counsel reasonably acceptable to the indemnified party), and cooperate. No settlement that admits fault or imposes obligations on the indemnified party may be made without its consent.
14. Third-party services
SET's site and services depend on third-party providers, including Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, storage, and security), Google (email), GitHub (code hosting), and Anthropic (AI coding tools). Their own terms and privacy notices apply to your use of their services. SET does not control those providers and is not responsible for their acts, outages, or decisions, including Stripe's decisions about eligibility, verification, pricing, settlement, refunds, and disputes. Links to third-party sites do not mean SET endorses them.
15. Governing law, venue, and disputes
Governing law. Missouri law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any rights that cannot be waived.
Informal resolution first. Before starting a formal proceeding, the party with a dispute will send the other a written description of it, and both will try in good faith to resolve it for 30 days.
Courts. Any dispute will be decided exclusively by the state courts located in Christian County, Missouri, or the federal district court whose district includes Christian County, Missouri, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
16. Changes to these Terms
SET may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. For clients with an active paid service or subscription, SET will email notice of material changes to the address on file at least 30 days before they take effect. Changes do not apply to a dispute that arose before the change took effect, and do not change a signed written agreement unless it says so. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel before it takes effect under Section 3. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept it.
17. General terms
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without SET's written consent. SET may assign these Terms to a successor in a merger or sale of substantially all of its business, with notice to you.
Force majeure. Neither party is liable for a delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as outages of Stripe, Cloudflare, Google, or internet services; natural disasters; government action; or labor disputes. This does not excuse payment obligations.
Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any signed written agreement or written scope with SET are the entire agreement about their subject and replace earlier statements about it. If they conflict, the signed written agreement controls (see Section 1).
Independent contractor. SET is an independent contractor. These Terms do not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, fiduciary, or agency relationship.
Electronic communications. You agree to receive notices, receipts, and other communications from SET electronically, including by email to the address you gave us and by posting on the site, and agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing. Keep your email address current.
Notices to SET. Send legal notices to st.et.enterprises@gmail.com and by mail to SET Enterprises, LLC, 150 English Village Park, Nixa, MO 65714, United States.
Severability; no waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Headings. Headings and the “In short” summary are for convenience and do not change the meaning of these Terms.
18. SET Private Wallets
What it is. SET Private Wallets, at wallet.simpleeasytransactions.com and embedded on simpleeasytransactions.com/wallets, lets you open digital-asset wallets that you control, receive US dollars from your bank as the stablecoin you choose (USDC, USDT or PYUSD), and cash out USDC to your US bank account.
Who provides what. Privy provides the wallet technology. Only you can approve a transaction from your wallets. SET never holds your private keys or your funds, and cannot move them. Bridge, a Stripe company, verifies your identity. It issues the US account and routing numbers you deposit to, converts deposits to the stablecoin you choose and pays cash-outs to your bank, all under Bridge's own terms, which you accept on Bridge's pages. Bridge decides who is eligible. SET builds and operates the app and its records. SET is not a bank, a money transmitter or a party to the transfer of your funds.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18, a US resident, and not a resident of New York. You may use the wallet only for your own funds, or, when a business uses it for SET Payouts under Section 19, for that business's own funds. Deposits must come from a bank account in your name, or from a sender Bridge permits. Bank deposits and cash-outs are Bridge services and remain subject to Bridge's eligibility rules, whoever uses the wallet.
Fees. SET charges a service fee of 3% of each bank deposit and 3% of each cash-out. Bridge withholds the fee from the amount it converts or pays out. The fee is shown before you confirm. Bridge's own fees and blockchain network fees, if any, are separate and appear on Bridge's receipt. SET may change its fees for future transactions. The fee that applies is the one shown before you confirm, and a deposit account keeps the fee shown when you opened it.
Records. SET records a deposit or cash-out as complete only when the provider's signed notification says so and the blockchain confirms delivery. SET records a payout under Section 19 as paid only after the blockchain shows that exact amount of USDC moved from your wallet to that recipient, with at least three confirmations. What your browser shows during a transaction is not a record of completion.
Risks you accept. Digital-asset values can change quickly. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed. Assets sent to a wrong address or network may be lost. The stablecoin you choose (USDC, USDT or PYUSD) is not a bank deposit, and neither SET nor its providers insure it through SET. A provider may delay, review, return or refuse a transaction.
Support. Contact SET at simpleeasytransactions.com/contact. Questions about a provider's decision go to that provider.
19. SET Payouts
What it is. SET Payouts is a subscription to features of SET Private Wallets (Section 18) that let a business pay recipients in USDC on the Base network from its own wallet, from one list, and download records of those payments. SET Payouts is for businesses.
Plans and limits. Free costs nothing and lets you pay up to 5 people a month. Starter costs $29 USD per month and lets you pay up to 25 people a month, with a monthly statement of your payouts. Growth costs $99 USD per month and lets you pay up to 100 people a month, with a monthly statement. A “person” is a distinct recipient address in the payout batches you record in a calendar month, counted in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), whether or not you then send every payment in the batch. Paying the same address again in the same month does not count twice. The monthly statement lists the payouts in batches you recorded that month. On every plan, a batch may include up to 50 recipients, 1.00 to 2,500.00 USDC each, and 10,000.00 USDC in total. The wallet enforces these limits. SET charges no fee per payout.
Billing and automatic renewal. Starter and Growth are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, through Stripe. Prices do not include any taxes that may apply. Your subscription renews automatically each month, and you authorize SET, through Stripe, to charge your payment method at each renewal, until you cancel. Charges appear on your card or bank statement under the name SET uses with Stripe. Stripe emails you a receipt for each charge, and you can see every invoice in the customer portal.
Cancelling and changing plans. You can cancel at any time in Stripe's customer portal, which you open from your wallet. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for; you keep your plan until then, and then return to Free. You can switch between Starter and Growth in the same portal, and Stripe prorates the change.
Refunds. SET does not refund or credit partial months, except where the law requires it.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it, and your plan stays in effect while the payment is past due. If Stripe cannot collect, the subscription ends and you return to Free.
Price and plan changes. SET may change plan prices or limits for future periods. SET will tell you at least 30 days before a change applies to you, by email or in the wallet. The change applies from your first renewal after that notice, and you may cancel before then.
Your funds and your sends. SET never holds your funds or your keys and cannot send for you. You approve each payment in Privy, and a payment on a blockchain cannot be reversed. SET pays recipients only in USDC on Base. It does not convert USDC to another currency and does not pay bank accounts. Network fees are yours and are shown by Privy before you approve. The fees, risks and records terms in Section 18 also apply.
Your responsibilities. SET Payouts is a payment tool. It is not payroll, an employer of record, or a tax or legal service. You are responsible for your agreements with the people you pay, for tax reporting, and for making sure each payment is lawful, including under US sanctions law.
Eligibility. You may subscribe to SET Payouts only for a business that is organized and located in the United States, through an individual authorized to bind it. You may not use SET Payouts if you, or the business, are on a US sanctions list or located in a country or region subject to comprehensive US sanctions.
Prohibited uses. You may use SET Payouts only to pay your own business's contractors, vendors, partners or other payees from your own funds. You may not use it to send money on behalf of other people or businesses, to operate a money transmission, remittance, payroll or payment service for others, to pay anyone in a country or region subject to comprehensive US sanctions or on a US sanctions list, or for any purpose that is unlawful.
Suspension. SET may suspend or end your access to SET Payouts, including a paid plan, if SET reasonably believes you have broken this Section or the law. If SET ends a paid plan for reasons other than your breach, SET will refund the unused part of the current month.
What SET records. To run SET Payouts, SET stores each recipient address, amount, batch, transaction hash and payment status, linked to your wallet account. Any reference or name you type for a recipient stays in your browser and in the reports you download; SET's servers do not store it. Payments on a public blockchain, including recipient addresses and amounts, are visible to anyone.
