Six-Month Custom Payment Solution Retainer

Refunds: Full $462 refund if you cancel before build work begins; after that, $77 for each full month remaining. The $750 build fee is not charged, or is refunded, if the build fails the agreed handoff checks and SET cannot fix it within 3 business days. Terms §3

A six-month engagement in which SET designs, builds, and operates a payment solution customized to your business, with your customers' payments routed through SET's Stripe Connect platform. The retainer is $77 per month, paid up front, plus a $750 build fee on delivery, and the platform fee for your tier applies to your customers' payments.

For: Businesses whose payment needs go beyond a standard checkout, such as custom flows, several products, or operational reporting, and who want one accountable builder for six months.

Open Payment

A customer-entered USD payment amount for a scope, invoice, or payment purpose that SET has already confirmed in writing.

Refunds: For private clients only. Refunds follow the terms of the scope or invoice the payment covers. If a private client is not satisfied with a session paid through Open Payment, SET refunds it as soon as practicable. A payment that matches no confirmed scope is applied or refunded after SET contacts you within 10 business days. Terms §3.6
