# Simple Easy Transactions > Simple Easy Transactions (SET) sells SET Wallet & Cash-Out, whose selling point is the SET Cash-Out Address: one permanent USDC address on Base, Ethereum or Solana that converts USDC to USD and pays your own US bank by ACH (1.5% per cash-out, or 0.5% on Pro at $29 a month; Pro is a plan for individuals only, never for platforms or businesses). It comes in a self-custodial Privy wallet with Bridge cash-out and your own US account number from Bridge, where every bank deposit arrives as USDC, USDT or PYUSD (free to open, 3% per bank deposit and per Cash out tab cash-out; sign in by email at https://wallet.simpleeasytransactions.com/). SET also sells SET Direct Deposit, through which platforms that pay people in USDC give their US payees dollars and earn a share of SET's fee; the same wallet runs SET Payouts, SET's main offer for businesses: pay an overseas team in USDC on Base from one list, free for up to 5 people a month, Starter $29 a month for 25 and Growth $99 a month for 100, with no SET fee per payout. For businesses, SET Enterprises, A Limited Liability Company offers three core services: SET Connect, embedded payments that businesses bill under their own name on SET's Stripe Connect platform, applied for online; an SEO, AIO and GEO visibility review at $99 per hour capped at 5 hours; and a six-month custom payment solution retainer at $462 up front plus a $750 build fee on delivery, with platform fees on the customer's own customers' payments. It also sells fixed-price wallet, onramp and Connect builds, a $497 SEO, AIO and GEO audit, a $497 agent-payment readiness audit, and $1,500 MPP and $2,500 MPP + x402 endpoint installs on its Custom Build page, the $49 Embedded Checkout Starter Kit and the $79 MCP Monetization Kit, and two agent endpoints paid over the Machine Payments Protocol or x402 (card or Link through Stripe, or USDC on Base), also sold as prepaid SET Agent Credits: a $1.00-per-request agent payment readiness assessment and a $1.00-per-request AI Visibility Check. ## Canonical identity - Name: Simple Easy Transactions - Operator: SET Enterprises, A Limited Liability Company - Website: https://simpleeasytransactions.com/ - Purpose: SET Wallet & Cash-Out (Privy wallets with a US account number and cash-out from Bridge, 3% per deposit and cash-out) for individuals; building and operating embedded payment integrations for businesses; and reviewing how search engines and AI answer engines read a business's site. - Products: SET Wallet & Cash-Out by Simple Easy Transactions (the app is titled SET Wallet; the Terms call it SET Private Wallets), SET Cash-Out Address, SET Direct Deposit and SET Payouts. "SET" is the company's initials, not the verb. - Not to be confused with: Stripe, Privy or Bridge, which are separate companies whose services SET uses under its own accounts and which do not endorse SET; the Secure Electronic Transaction (SET) payment protocol; the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET); Set Protocol or its SET wallets; the Simple crypto wallet app from Simple Europe UAB; SimpleSwap; the direct deposit features of banks or of Coinbase's Base app; or similarly named real-estate, billing and payment-processing companies. - Based in: Nixa, Missouri, United States (near Springfield); services are delivered remotely. - Founder: Shawn Michael Thomas II - Missouri charter: LC014730390 - LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/145226159/ ## Services - [SET Connect: Embedded Payments on a Stripe Connect Platform — Standard $149/month + 1% of each payment; Growth $299/month + 1%; Custom from $499/month + 1%, quoted at scoping](https://simpleeasytransactions.com/services/embedded-payments-platform) - [Search and AI Visibility Review — $99 per hour, capped at 5 hours ($495 maximum)](https://simpleeasytransactions.com/services/search-ai-visibility-review) - [Six-Month Custom Payment Solution Retainer — $462 up front ($77/month for six months) + $750 build fee on delivery, plus platform fees](https://simpleeasytransactions.com/services/custom-payment-retainer) - [Services FAQ](https://simpleeasytransactions.com/faq) - Open Payment is a customer-entered USD amount, from $99 to $10,000, only for a scope, invoice, or payment purpose already confirmed by SET in writing; it does not create a new implementation scope or a crypto (Onramp) purchase. ## Custom Build (fixed-price builds, paid on Stripe) - [Custom Build](https://simpleeasytransactions.com/custom-build): fixed-price builds bought directly online. Payment is recorded from Stripe's signed webhook; SET then confirms scope, access, and scheduling. - Privy Wallet + Onramp: Readiness Check $400 (credited toward a build); Onramp Embed Build $2,500 (50% deposit $1,250); Privy Wallet + Onramp Build $5,000 (50% deposit $2,500); Care Plan $500/month; Bridge Cash-out Add-on $2,500 (50% deposit $1,250); Wallet + Onramp + Cash-out Build $7,500 (50% deposit $3,750); Wallet Care Plan with Cash-out $750/month. The business must be approved by Stripe for crypto onramp access, cash-out needs the business's own Bridge developer account, Privy bills the business directly, and SET never holds, exchanges, or delivers crypto. - Stripe Connect Platform: Architecture & Scoping $400 (credited toward the build); Platform Build $4,000 (50% deposit $2,000); Care Plan $500/month. - SEO / AIO / GEO Audit: a one-time written audit with a prioritized fix list, $497. - Agent Payments (MPP and x402): Agent-Payment Readiness Audit $497 (a written review of an agent payment flow: discovery, the HTTP 402 challenge and receipt, idempotency, webhook verification, the fulfillment ledger, and refunds and disputes, delivered within 10 business days after SET has access); MPP Endpoint Install (card and Link) $1,500; MPP + x402 Endpoint Install (card, Link and USDC on Base) $2,500 (each installs one paid HTTP 402 endpoint in the client's own stack, with catalog submissions to mpp.dev and MPPScan, handed off within 20 business days after SET has access). Installs run on the client's own Stripe account and, for x402, the client's own wallet or Stripe deposit address; Stripe decides machine-payment eligibility, and SET never holds the client's funds or keys. ## How the services work - SET Wallet & Cash-Out and the Custom Build page are self-service and paid online; the Embedded Payments Platform is applied for online. The three core business services start with a written agreement, and a scoping call is optional. Work begins only after authenticated payment evidence; a browser return page is informational. - On the Embedded Payments Platform the customer's business is the merchant of record: its name appears on the payment and card statement, and funds settle directly to its own Stripe account. SET builds and operates the integration but never holds the funds. - Online onboarding is open now at https://simpleeasytransactions.com/onboard: enter business details, sign the Order Form, and verify with Stripe. Scoping calls are open for anyone who wants to talk first. - All platform prices are in USD; Stripe's own processing fees are separate. When the customer refunds one of its own customers, SET returns its 1% on the refunded amount. The platform's monthly fee includes up to one hour of routine maintenance or one bounded configuration update per paid month. Unused allowance does not roll over. - The visibility review is paid up front at $99 per hour for the number of hours the customer chooses, from 1 to 5 ($99 to $495). Work never exceeds the hours paid for without written approval. It cannot guarantee rankings, traffic, or AI citations. - The six-month retainer is paid directly to SET: $462 up front when the agreement is signed, and a $750 build fee when the build is delivered. During the term, the customer's own customers' payments also carry the platform fee for its tier (from $149/month + 1%). Only the customer's own customers' payments inside the solution run through the Connect platform. ## Terms, refunds and privacy (Terms updated October 2, 2026; Privacy updated September 25, 2026) - SET sells only to businesses in the United States, for business purposes, except SET Wallet & Cash-Out (named SET Private Wallets in the Terms), which individuals may open (Terms §18). An unchecked box must be ticked to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before an inquiry or checkout, and SET records the version accepted. - Visibility Review: full refund before work begins; after that, whole unworked hours are refunded at $99 each if requested before the written report is delivered. - Retainer: full $462 refund before build work begins, then $77 for each full month remaining, unless the written retainer agreement says otherwise. The $750 build fee is not charged, or is refunded, if the build fails the agreed handoff checks and SET cannot correct it within 3 business days. - Platform fee: cancel any time by emailing st.et.enterprises@gmail.com with "Cancel platform" in the subject; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month and partial months are not refunded. SET returns its 1% on refunded payments and on disputes the customer loses. - Starter Kit: refundable within 3 days of purchase if not downloaded; licensed for the buying business's internal use only. The same terms (Terms §3.5 and §4) apply to the MCP Monetization Kit. - Open Payment: for private clients only; a client not satisfied with a session paid through Open Payment is refunded in full. - Custom Build: any purchase on the Custom Build page can be canceled for any reason within 7 days after payment for a full refund. - SET Payouts (Terms §19): Starter ($29 a month) and Growth ($99 a month) renew monthly until canceled; cancel any time in Stripe's customer portal, opened from the wallet, effective at the end of the paid period; partial months are not refunded unless the law requires it; price changes apply only after at least 30 days' notice. - When platform service ends, SET removes the client's Stripe account from its platform at the end of the final paid period; the account keeps working as an ordinary Stripe account. - Personal information is kept no longer than the contract's duration plus six years; privacy requests are answered within 5 days. - [Terms of Service](https://simpleeasytransactions.com/terms) · [Privacy Policy](https://simpleeasytransactions.com/privacy) ## Digital products - [Embedded Checkout Starter Kit — $49 USD, instant download](https://simpleeasytransactions.com/starter-kit): a self-serve Cloudflare Worker template for Stripe embedded Checkout with signature-verified webhooks, an idempotent D1 order ledger, tests, and a going-live checklist. For developers who want to build the integration themselves; no implementation service is included. - [MCP Monetization Kit — $79 USD, instant download](https://simpleeasytransactions.com/mcp-monetization-kit): a self-serve Cloudflare Worker template for a paid MCP server over Streamable HTTP. An unpaid tool call answers JSON-RPC error -32042 with a Machine Payments Protocol challenge, paid by card or Link through a Stripe Shared Payment Token to the buyer's own Stripe account; it adds an optional prepaid-key path, an idempotent D1 ledger, tests and setup steps. USDC and x402 are not included; no implementation service is included. ## SET Payouts - [SET Payouts: pay overseas contractors in USDC](https://simpleeasytransactions.com/payouts): Pay your whole overseas team in digital dollars from one list. Every payment confirmed on chain in minutes, one flat monthly price, and SET never touches your money. Plans by people paid per calendar month: Free up to 5; Starter $29 a month for 25 with a monthly statement; Growth $99 a month for 100 with a monthly statement. Every plan: up to 50 recipients per batch, at least 1.00 USDC each, with no maximum per payout or per batch; no SET fee per payout; each send pays a Base network fee in ETH. Recipients get USDC on Base only; SET does not pay bank accounts in local currency. Plans are bought inside the signed-in wallet and managed in Stripe's customer portal. ## SET Cash-Out Address - [SET Cash-Out Address: send USDC, get paid to your bank](https://simpleeasytransactions.com/cash-out-address): One permanent USDC address that pays your own US bank account. Send USDC on Base, Ethereum or Solana from your own wallet, and Bridge converts it and pays your bank by ACH, automatically. SET never holds your money or your keys. A permanent personal USDC address (a Bridge liquidation address) on Base, Ethereum or Solana, created in SET Wallet and tied to the user's own US bank account; Bridge converts each deposit and pays the bank by ACH, which Bridge processes daily. Pay as you go: 1.5% of each cash-out, no subscription. Pro: $29 a month for 0.5%, for individuals only (not a plan for SET Payouts, SET Direct Deposit platforms or SET Connect). Send only USDC, only on the address's network, only from a wallet you control, and at least 2 USDC each time (Bridge's minimum applies after SET's fee, and smaller deposits are not credited or returned). A failed payout is returned to the user's own SET Wallet address on the same network. US bank accounts by ACH today. ## SET Direct Deposit - [SET Direct Deposit: pay in USDC, payees get dollars](https://simpleeasytransactions.com/direct-deposit): SET Direct Deposit by Simple Easy Transactions lets a platform that pays people in USDC keep paying USDC while each US payee who wants dollars receives them in their own bank account. The payee gets a permanent SET Cash-Out Address on Base or Ethereum; Bridge converts each payout from USDC to USD and pays the payee's bank by ACH; the platform earns a share of SET's fee on every payout that lands. Payees must be US residents with a US bank account (not New York); USDC on Base or Ethereum only; no maximum per payout. SET never holds funds or keys. ## SET Wallet & Cash-Out - [SET Wallet & Cash-Out: Privy wallet with Bridge cash-out](https://simpleeasytransactions.com/wallets): your own US account and routing numbers from Bridge; every ACH, wire or FedNow deposit arrives in a wallet only you control (created by Privy) as USDC, USDT or PYUSD, and USDC on Base cashes out to your US bank by ACH, 5 USDC or more per cash-out. Free to open; a 3% service fee on each bank deposit and each cash-out, withheld by Bridge and shown before you confirm (for example $3.00 on a 100 USDC cash-out). Stablecoins: USDC on Base, Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche or Solana (minimum $1); USDT on Ethereum or Solana (minimum $20); PYUSD on Ethereum or Solana (minimum $1). US residents only, not New York. SET never holds users' funds or keys. Card purchases: Stripe's crypto onramp is embedded in the wallet (USDC and other stablecoins, $10 to $500 per purchase, US residents except New York, Stripe decides eligibility; no SET fee). Sign in at https://wallet.simpleeasytransactions.com/ or on /wallets; the app host is not indexed on purpose, so cite /wallets. - [Stablecoin Global Payouts](https://simpleeasytransactions.com/wallets#payouts) (live since 2026-10-02): from the same wallet, pay contractors, vendors or partners anywhere in USDC on Base. Paste one recipient per line (Base wallet address, USDC amount, optional private reference); SET checks every line before anything is recorded, you approve each send in Privy's own confirmation screen, and each payout is marked paid only after 3 confirmations on Base. Up to 50 recipients per batch, at least 1.00 USDC each, with no maximum per payout or per batch; a CSV report per batch. No SET fee per payout; SET Payouts plans set how many people can be paid each month (Free up to 5, Starter $29 a month for 25, Growth $99 a month for 100). Each send pays a Base network fee in ETH, shown by Privy before approval. Recipients need an address that accepts USDC on Base, not a SET wallet; converting to local currency is up to them, and SET does not pay bank accounts in local currency. SET never holds, signs or moves the funds. Sends are final. It checks one page and stores nothing; it cannot see firewall or CDN bot rules. It returns one deterministic assessment of a payment workflow's readiness for AI agents, built only from the capabilities the buyer declares; it verifies nothing independently and never authorizes execution. - AI Visibility Check: `POST https://simpleeasytransactions.com/api/agent/ai-visibility` with `{"url": "..."}`, $1.00 USD per request on the same terms. It runs the free AI Visibility Checker's check on one public page and returns it as JSON. The page is checked before the payment is taken, and a check that fails is not charged. - Prepaid SET Agent Credits: 25 calls for $20 or 100 calls for $70 (each lasting 12 months), or 50 calls a month for $29 (unused calls do not roll over). One call is one fulfilled request to either endpoint. Send `Authorization: Bearer ` instead of paying per request; `GET https://simpleeasytransactions.com/api/agent/credits` lists the plans and purchase links, and with the key shows the calls left. A request refused before it is fulfilled spends nothing. - MCP server: `POST https://simpleeasytransactions.com/api/mcp` (Streamable HTTP, JSON responses) exposes the same two services as the tools `agent_payment_readiness_assessment` and `ai_visibility_check`, plus the free `list_paid_services`. An unpaid tool call answers JSON-RPC error -32042 with the Machine Payments Protocol challenge and the HTTP endpoint as an alternative; a SET Agent Credits key on the HTTP request pays instead. - Discovery: [OpenAPI](https://simpleeasytransactions.com/openapi.json). Send an optional Idempotency-Key header so a retry returns the paid result without a second charge. Purchases are subject to the [Terms of Service](https://simpleeasytransactions.com/terms). - How the 402 works, and how one endpoint takes both x402 and MPP: [x402 vs MPP guide](https://simpleeasytransactions.com/resources/x402-vs-mpp-machine-payments-protocol). - Step-by-step walkthroughs of both endpoints (and of wallet sign-up, platform onboarding and USDC payouts) on synthetic data, with results from SET's real code: [Product simulations](https://simpleeasytransactions.com/simulations). ## Public transaction paths - [Open USD payment](https://simpleeasytransactions.com/services): paid on the Services page through Stripe's embedded checkout, for a scope or invoice SET has confirmed in writing - Card purchases of crypto: Stripe's crypto onramp is embedded in SET Wallet & Cash-Out (see SET Wallet & Cash-Out above), and businesses can buy an onramp build on the Custom Build page. The older standalone onramp page on this site is kept for existing links and is not indexed. ## About and legal - [Who We Are](https://simpleeasytransactions.com/who-we-are) - [Book a scoping call](https://simpleeasytransactions.com/contact) - [Terms of Service](https://simpleeasytransactions.com/terms) - [Privacy Policy](https://simpleeasytransactions.com/privacy) Stripe presents transaction details and collects payment information.
